Why does Perez need to get in the middle of things all the time as if his 2 cents matters? I seen that he had the nerve to tweet to Normani that they should let Camila leave in peace. I can understand if Camila or her people exposed some sort of truth and he wanted to stand up for her after facts came out but that isn't what happened. At this point it's all just he said, she said and no one really knows everything that went down beside the 5 of them. Why is he automatically choosing a side? Is he thinking she's gonna pull a Beyonce and explode so he wants to get on her good side so he can say he's been down for her since the beginning? He's too old for this.
Anyway. I never liked Camila, even during x-factor, but I'm still not going to automatically assume she's the devil and the other girls are innocent angels. How do I know what's going on behind the scenes, maybe they have their faults too that lead to this break up. I will say I think the things they talked in that post don't seem far-fetched because Camila's own behavior makes it seem realistic. It has always looked like she distances herself from them especially when she started becoming friends with famous celebrities. A month is long enough for her to prepare a letter or press announcement to the fans that she was leaving, why didn't she? Why is she surprised by them announcing this? Why didn't she communicate with them that she wanted to tell herself and then give them a time of when she wanted to do this? This only makes their claims of her not communicating seem more real. They shouldn't have to sit around waiting for permission from her/her management to finally say they're just the four now. They have their own futures to think about.
What I did not like about Perez comment was how he said Im so glad social media was not around for the Spice Girls breakup. Ummmm does he not realize blogs and internet was not poppin or what it was back then too, so therefore he would be nothing because he is of the same vein as social media with his blog. What an absolute dumb arse. I do agree he is trying to cozy up and be on her good side, I think he tends to do that a lot with up and comers. I recall he did it even with Mike Posner in 2010 saying he was like the next JT.
Yeah Camila in general does seem like an attention whore. She seemed like she wanted all eyes on her even when in group, via some live performances and such. I can't believe she made it into Taylor's squad, like ummm how? I think though at the end of the day, departure or hiatus, Camila wanted to be the one (and her team) to announce it, but since 5H management and or girls took it upon themselves and did it the night when it all was basically said and done was their prerogative. I mean once leaving a business the departing part has ZERO say in what goes down, so I think it was their right to announce it.
I think it is absolutely insane for Nicole Scherzinger and Camila Cabello to expect their new, growing group to wait around for them to try for solo success, knowing if it works for them, they are certainly not going to return to the collective if they achieve massive superstar success.. Just how CC is looking out for herself, the 4 other girls are doing the same for them in 5H's hands.
